For Audi VW Steering Wheel
Note: This is not original Audi VW parts.
This wiring is simple. Just connect the switch signal wires.
No need to replace the airbag. Safe and convenient.
Suitable for car installation with start button and driving mode.
If your car does not have a start button and a driving mode switch. This switch cannot be used.
Mark the definition of each harness :
①、12 V + (airbag plug 12 V + red color wire )
②、12 V - (airbag plug 12 V - brown color wire )
③、button backlight (left side steering wheel button <3 PIN white plug NO.1 > )
Bluetooth RECEIVE SIDE 5 WIRS :
④、12 V + (Gear Shift button plug red color wire or MMI select button plug red color wire)
⑤、12 V - (driving mode button plug or start/stop brown wire)
⑥、start/stop button signal - 01 - (start/stop button plug NO.3)
⑦、start/stop button signal - 02 - (start/stop button plug NO.6)
⑧、driving mode button signal - (driving mode button plug NO.3 OR NO.1 、 if not working . try one by one )
How to punch holes on the steering wheel :
Use a 3MM drill to make holes：
Fixing screws from the inside
receive side 5 wirs :
red ---- 12 V +
brown ----- 12 V -
white ----- start/stop button signal
white ----- start/stop button signal
green ------ driving mode button signal
Button side 3 wirs :
red ------- 12 V +
brown ----- 12 V -
gray ------- button backlight
Soldered to the left steering wheel button circuit board ( left cruise button)
